Murata is the finest sushi chef in Portland. Not only is the fish incredibly fresh and the service amazing, but the ambiance is the closest to a traditional family-run Japanese restaurant. You will definitely see a Japanese business-man or two sitting at the bar (make a reservation for this spot to watch a master chef in action!) Don't listen to anyone who has anything negative to say about this place!
