In my experiences with Well Within I have had exactly the opposite experiences than the last reviewer. I have frequented this spa at least fifty times in the last five years and have been met with superior, friendly customer service! Their pricing is very fair and competitve in comparison to other spas around the Bay Area and their "Zen" like approach to business is blissful. Their open-air spas over looking the Japanese water garden in back are pure Nirvana, always clean and inviting and their Massage Therapist are simply the best I have experienced. I must highly, highly recommend Alexandra...I have been seeing her exclusively now for over four years, she is far more than a Massage Therapist, she is truely a intuitive healer!
