My wife and I dined at Cibola for our anniversary shortly after it opened. Our experience was so bad that I wrote a letter to the restaurant. I never received a response. We tried it again for the second time (several years later) last week. The service was RUDE and the food was mediocre and overpriced. We won't be back! I will not waste my time writing the restaurant again.
