I had my daughter come by in her car with a flat tire. This is now almost 6 at night. I frantically serviced for a place to purchase a new tire since this one was not safe and unable to be fixed. I arrived at Firestone with my daughter and asked for a comparable tire. After the gentleman gave me a decent price I informed him that I would need it installed tonight since my daughter needed it to go home. It was then that he informed me that they had closed ten minutes earlier. He then asked the other employee if he had time to install the tire. The other gentleman said no. To my surprise and happiness the fellow behind the counter stayed and installed the tire for me. Now that was great customer service.
