The minute Shadow entered the store, he was invited to hop on the bar and was given a sample of fresh baked treats. Then he tried a bed, a few toys, looked from an assorted variety of dishes, chatted with other friends and everybody treated him with a smile. He has seen that treatment on humans, but never a dog so after we left the store, he didn't understand why other stores told him he couldn't get in.
