I've never had my nails professionally done, so I decided to get acryllics. I walked in and saw there was noone near counter to help me, all chairs were full and only 2 nail techs on duty. i didnt know to sign in. there were 2 children under the age of ten WORKING!!!! i waited 45 minutes before a child called me and another person over. we found out we had the same tech, who decided to work on us at the same time. She complained about work, and she treated me like i was stupid. the patron sitting next to me was more helpful than she was. afterwards i noticed that none of my nails were even, the acryllic had bubbles in it, and the nails fell off within a week. . i will NEVER go back, and i tell all my friends and family the same.
