Honest story... I observed a waitress giving poor service to a group of women. They, in return, gave her a poor tip. As they were getting up, the waitress confronted the group about her poor tip, asking them what she did to deserve it in a snotty voice. The people waiting were gasping in shock! After that, the staff behind the counter loudly talked about how ""customers just don't understand how we get stressed out when we are busy on the weekends."" Boo-hoo! In light of that, it's no joke that the service here is horrible and very adolescent. Furthermore, the space is small and cramped, but many, including me, would say that adds to the urban cafe charm. Nonetheless, the food is amazing and very unique.
