I always drove by Tien Hong, but never tried it. After reading some of the other reviews I decided to. I was not impressed at all. The review about this place not being ""americanized"" was probably written by the owner. I had the General Tso's chicken and sweet and sour pork. Both tasted like the cooking oil they used was 6 months old. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the food and the price of the meal. The service was good, and the inside of the restaurant was ok, but if you want real chinese the best I have found by far in Austin, is Din Ho chinese bbq. Don't waste your time here if you like real chinese food taste.
Pros: Not busy, plenty of room
Cons: americanized chinese, bad wonton soup, pricey for quality
