I am of a japanese decent and have black hair. I was unsatisfied with my same old color. Richard suggested that I get some highlights in my hair, I was extremely nervous that I would end up with orange hair. Richard assured me that the color would not be brassy. The highlights are the perfect ""carmel"" color. I would recommend Richard to everyone.
