Joe May's prices were higher than any dry cleaner I had ever encountered, but went back because of the friendly service. Last week I got a shirt back (that I had paid $6.50 to have cleaned) to find that the back was entirely shredded. Of course I noticed as i pulled it out of the dry cleaning bag on a business trip! When I mentioned it to the lady behind the counter, she told me that she was sure it was ripped when I brought it in, and that they had ""rejected"" it and hadn't cleaned it. My question is, if that is the case, why was I still charged $6.50? These people are a rip off and should be avoided at all cost.
Pros: Location
Cons: , Unreliable, Expensive
