The fact that Charlie's on Brodway is still open is a miracle to me ! The food is greasey and bland. The waitstaff unhelpful and offer little to your dining experience. The amtmosphere is awful drab , dreary and resembles a brothel ! The air is so full of smoke you smell like an ash tray when you leave. I will not be back. I don't think my gag reflex could handle another DISGUSTING dinner at Charlie's! Do yours a favor and go to IHOP!
