One of the very best food options in the city after 2AM, a real SF institution. The fresh steamed fish, fried rice, mango beef, so many things on the menu hit the spot after a night of heavy clubbing. I have lived with and come to enjoy the ugly decor, the crowds, the tea served in plastic cups, the colorful street scene outside the big windows, having other parties seated at your table when they need to cram, even the absence of hot and sour soup on the menu. But the service has become unbearable lately. Waiters who I recognize from years of service, and who have even come to recognize me, have gotten brusque, cold, grumpy. Maybe the 2-3AM rush of drunken partiers irritates the staff but they shouldn't take it out on everyone. Pros: delicious food, fresh, busy Cons: rude staff, ugly interior more
