Pizza was ordered for pick up - was ready right on time. saw it sitting there on the rack with my name on it. There were at least 12 employees - some young and two older adults inside behind the counter. After standing in front of the register- making eye contact with more than 5 employees...I Had to finally ask (then shout when everyone ignored customers) for someone to get my pizza. No apologies. None of the employees wanted to handle the cash register. lame
Pros: Pizza ready on time, parking pretty good, good food
Cons: lazy employees, poor customer serv, where is the manager?
