I ordered some take-out and I was'nt happy when I opened up the bag...yuk! The Hot & Sour soup was kinda muddy with little flavor. The chicken was supposed to be Gen Tsao's. It looked like they forgot the sauce. I really think I could have done better at home with a William-Sanoma cookbook. I give 2.5 stars...and not to the chef ;~(
