I have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Luby's and ever since Mr. Luby passed away-they have been cutting corners (especially the guy they hired from NY awhile back) Thank-God they got rid of him! I just hope the Papasito family can get back to basics and realize Luby's was much better off before all the cost cutting measures were implemented. The managers made Luby's. Give them the incentive to make it great once again. And don't ever cut back on the Fried Tenderloin of Trout. It has got to be your best menu item.
