I had called two weeks prior to push the reservation I had made a month before back 15 min. When we arrived, no reservation. The staff worked us in after a long wait and were quite snotty about it. The table was awful, no privacy. We expected more from the service--the waiter seemed like he'd never worked in a restaurant before. The server also convinced me to change my order and I was disappointed with what I got. I enjoy Chops but would never recommend the Lobster Bar to anyone, nor would I take someone there I wanted to impress.
