One of the best things I can say about August Moon is that it is NOT a buffet. Everything is cooked fresh (allegedly) and they will take requests for items that are not on the menu. One of my favorites is MaPo tofu, and they do it very well here. I only wish the side dishes of fried rice were freshly-fried vs. apparently served from either a rice cooker or steam table. The soups are excellent - Hot and Sour is very good, and the service is usually good, but can be slow between 1:00PM and 3:00PM M-F.
