This has to be one of the most popular (for good reason) Mexican food places around. However I think the restaurant in Orange Park would have to be the better of the 2 locations.
The food is wonderful, the staff is quick and the prices are cheap for the amount and quality of food.
And that's the opion of at least 12 other plp I know as well. :)
Pros: great tasting food, inexpensive, quick
Cons: can be crowded, too little parking
