We used this company to settle our first home. The closing had no unexpected surprises and we had an overall pleasant experience (as pleasant as closing a home could be). They even gave us a bottle of wine at the end of the closing. We were glad to get it out of the way and to get into our new home. They helped us weed through many of the things we didn't understand. We will use them again if we ever buy a home in the area.
