the reviews that give this place 5 stars seem a little suspicious. most likely the optical insight employees are trying to do some damage control by writing good reviews. if they spent this much effort during the actual exam, then they wouldn't have to deal with all these bad reviews. the fact that so many people have come forward on this site to write about their bad experiences at optical insight shows just how horrible they are. if there is a hell for optometrists, i hope they will burn in eternity there. they should not get away with giving rushed, unprofessional and medically dangerous service. there are a lot of crook optometrists, dentists and chiropractors in new york city and these guys are one of them. don't trust your eyes to these dangerous people! i'm not saying all the optical insights are bad, just the one on hanover square--i haven't been to the other ones. especially, do not trust the optometrist with the white beard and glasses. he could ruin your eyes!
