Eddy's is a crooked horrible dealership. I had the worst most horrible used car experience in my life. They were rude and mean and hateful. My story is so long I could not fit it all of it here. I bought a 2003 Nissan Altima. The night I drove home from the dealer the check engine light came on. I called the next day, they said it was nothing to worry about bring it in on Wed. I did they took it said it was fixed the very next day guess what, it came back on. They decided they didn't know how to fix it and sent it to Davis Moore they did fix it. You get the picture. It went on like this for several MONTHS!!! They at one point tried to tell me it was how I drove the car! The sales people are crooked the Service manager Paul is crooked. These people ruined my holidays, they made lots of promises they didn't keep! Long story short, I bought the car in Oct, they bought the car back from me in Jan and when I say bought it back I mean just for the price I paid, minus sales tax, 900.00 minus car payments, minus tax and title and registration. Yes they offered to trade me for another, car but wouldn't write out a deal until I said yes to the cars they picked out for me, not what I wanted. So my advice STAY away from Eddys and any other STEVEN motors group they are all connected and crooked!!!!!!! thanks for reading!!

I've been taking my car there for years. It has almost 300,000 miles on it and still going strong. I have had my break downs. Like when the engine would not start. It would just crank but not even try to start. It was quickly determined that the disturber was bad. Replacing the disturber was going to cost a lot of money. Well they offered to try and repair the old one for a lot less. The only problem was the parts had to be ordered out of state. I opted to order the parts. This is just one time they have saved me money. It just is so nice to have a repair shop offer me the option of repairs.
Pros: experienced ase certified technicians
Cons: It is best to make an appointment

This is where my family buys new tires. One of my friend's works there and his family puts on a concert there once a month. They are very friendly people. The tires are of good quality but the prices seem a little more expensive then some places. I like how helpful everyone is there though.

Autotech does it all. I had a vehicle my wife had wrecked sent here and I have only good things to say about it. They also installed a new head unit for the car since they are not just limited to body work. The car was there for only three weeks (two of those weeks were spent waiting on parts from Volkswagon) and I was allowed to view the car during the finishing process. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to wait for over a month on the big time body shops.

Tracy's offers Engine repair, Air Conditioning repair and servicing, oil change service, computerized wheel balancing and computer alignments to name a few. They also offer a shuttle service to those who will be without an automobile while they are working on it. I have personally done quite a bit of business with them and will continue to do so. They offer coupon in the SBC phone book and give great deals.

Great Honda dealer, great customer service. Fair prices on cars & the parts department is EXCELLENT, they are always willing to help & give any information for the do-it-yourself mechanics. The only problem I've ever had (bought two cars thru them) was getting a call back with general questions, they called within a few days.

I've been taking my vehicles to Shamrock Tire for several years. I've had my oil changed, tires rotated, and my alignment done. Marvin, their mechanic, has worked at Shamrock for 40 years, so he's more than pretty good. I'd had my 2007 model car to the dealership 5 times to be aligned, and they never once reported it was NOT in alignment, before taking it to Shamrock, who could explain WHY it wasn't in alignment and COULDN'T be aligned. Shamrock charges a check out fee of $17.50 AND Marvin writes an estimate for repairs if any are needed. This fee is not for a "quote" as Jopey21 writes. It is for Marvin's time to check out the vehicle's parts before aligning it. It doesn't make any sense to take up 20-30 minutes to provide a quote for a customer who may not have his vehicle repaired at all, when Marvin could be making a living (Marvin works on commission, so his time is money). I sure wouldn't work off the clock for 30 minutes. I don't know anyone that would. No one could do that all day long and feed his family! As I've waited for my vehicles, I've overheard estimates being provided to other customers. While some shops might take in a vehicle and do the alignment as best they can with bad or worn parts, this is an injustice to the customer, who will be very upset after 6 months when their tires are bald on one edge because the shop wasn't honest enough to say that bad parts needed replaced for the alignment to be correct. Those shops would rather have their $60 than risk upsetting a customer with an honest assessment. Those shops are the ones taking the customer for a ride, IMHO. I feel Shamrock always tries to do the right thing, even if it is not the easiest thing to tell the customer. If Jopey21 feels so strongly about this, I think he should go back to Shamrock and talk to them. Marvin keeps notes. Perhaps there has been a misunderstanding.
