The atmosphere is ok here. It's a little difficult to feel relaxed in the middle of a mall but the decor is soothing despite the mall buzz.
On more than one occasion I had an appointment and they were late in getting me in. There was one instance I didn't get in till 1 HOUR after my appointment. There was no compensation or apology. The ladies who wax there do a good job but I quite honestly have had better.
