I placed an order for a carbon fiber wing on 6/13/23. I received an email on 6/22/23 that there was a delay, and the part should take 2-4 weeks to ship. 6 weeks after the order (7/3/23) i sent an email request to get information no the order with no reply.
Since then, I have called monthly starting on 9/11/23 to get updates on this order. Calls were made on 9/11/23, 10/4/23, 11/14/23, 11/22/23, 12/27/23 and 1/4/24. It is now 2/5/24 after my call today i was told i would receive a call back (no one from night motorsport has ever called back when they said they would) I have been waiting 8 MONTHS and I have still not received the part I ordered.
I was told in October 2023 that the manufacturer had problems with the resin on the part and they were going to remake my part and ship it.
I was told in November 2023 that it was on the next shipment and would be shipping December 2023.
I was told the same story in January 2024, that it was on the next truck and would be shipping asap. Nothing was ever delivered. No tracking numbers have ever been provided. At no point have I ever received a call back to update me on the situation.
The part remains available for purchase on their website. However, they don't have it. Nor do they seem to have any idea when they will have it in stock.
If you are reading this review and have a similar issue with Night Motorsport, please investigate the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act as they are in violation and filing a claim could help avoid a long waiting process to get your money back. Selling goods, they do not have and collecting payment for them with no reasonable intent to supply a product is illegal.
I will gladly remove this negative review when I receive:
A FULL refund for the goods that were not provided.

My correct order delivered.
