The surgeon, Dr. Oser, is fantastic and made an ethically sound decision to cancel my surgery the day of because of a preexisting undiagnosed condition but now the facility wants to charge me between $2000-$5000 because the surgery didn't happen. Be careful - while the surgeon will look out for your health and well-being - the facility may still come after you for your money!! I have been a client for over 2 decades and if this is how they are treating me......I will let you know if they refund all my money or hold out after my attorney sends them a letter.
