I placed an order for bed rails / safety rails for my sister. I was originally told by an overseas customer service representative that it would ship in 7-10 days. I called to check on the order after 7 days and was told that it was already shipped . after the allotted time for shipment expired I called again. I was then told it would be 4-6 weeks. Obviously unprofessional and uneducated customer service representatives.
