We had an issue with some outlets due to recent electrical storms. Beacon was able to get here and take care of the issue on the same day. Will T was the technician. He was prompt, let us know when he was on the way, was friendly and gave us some good information on diagnosing this type of issue in the future. I would definitely refer them and will call them again if we have any issues.
