felt the tech was really pushing a lot of expensive fixes for an old unit that he pushed for allergy control even though I had told him at the very first that we were doing fine with what we had. I wasn't pleased. the last time our filter was replaced we were told we had to upgrade (by $20.00) because the one we had wasn't in production anymore. Now this time we had to change again because of the same reason. more
