My daughter's prom pictures were a huge disappointment. The photographer was obviously an amateur and didn't know what he was doing. I have taken better pictures than what I got, and I am by far a professional. For the price you pay, you should expect good pictures. The photographer had her slouch down and hunched over for the picture. Their solution was to either bring her back to the studio for different pictures (for which I would spend more money) or to bring them the pictures and they would refund my money (so I would lose out on her big night all together). Needless to say, the staff wasn't much better than the pictures... terrible.
