These folks responded very rapidly when our a/c died. Once we learned it could not be resurrected, they ordered a new one which was delivered later that day and full installation was completed by the next day. We were very pleased. They even cleaned up after themselves. It wasn't cheap, but it was the only type of a/c we could use given our heating system. We were given a discount since we are on an annual maintenance with them.
