The doctors told me they couldn't make my forehead free from the "elevens" although I have had the procedure done without issue for the past 6 years. Inept and inexperienced, I went back three times for them to stop the "elevens"....I was blamed, told I should expect to have movement (what??) and made to feel like I was a problem. The doctors and the owner were very insulting.....The previous doctor treated me for years without an issue and now I get three doctors that can't.....I stopped bothering and now go to another spa and get amazing results. The new spa takes at least 10 photos of my face too whereas Vibrance only took one....The owner also is negative and didn't try to work with me after all those years of my patronage. Too bad for them.
