You can obviously tell from this reviews on this page which ones are fake and may even be written by the company itself; and the real reviews by pissed off parents. This place ruins your whole experience of having a perfect first child experience with poor excuses, poor quality, poor service, poor products, absurd waiting period, and outrageous pricing. I can't even begin to write the experience iv had. Just know I'm very ontop of preparing for my child and done everything I can to make this new phase of my life as smooth and easy as possible. Iv succeeded in doing that other than this horrible store. Ordered in August still waiting given every excuse from this place. It's sad something so magical and fun has to be ruined by scammers and theifs. Never again will I go to this place... Can't wait to never have to deal with them again.
