I have had the opportunity to eat at Saffron's on numerous occasions. Fabulous is the first word that comes to mind!! That word describes not only the food, but the staff and service as well. Glenn Sawicki, owner and chef is one of the most genuinely wonderful persons I've had the privilege to meet and work with. After attending a number of events in which Saffron's catered, I was so impressed with the food, the quality of the food, the attention to details and overall presentation of the buffets, I have recently asked Saffrons to cater my daughter's wedding. Working with a professional like Glenn has been not only easy, but comforting as well. Comforting because I know that he has thought of everything! I know that not only will the food be fabulous, but plentiful and beautifully presented. He has helped me in more ways than just the catering...he has fabulous ideas and knowledge about running an event flawlessly. Our wedding date is scheduled for Sept.14th and thanks to Glenn and Saffrons, I am far more relaxed about everything than I thought I should be. I look forward to reporting back with all of the fabulous details!! Thank you Glenn and staff!! You all ROCK!!
