The customer service is unmatched and you have a very personal experience with the employees there. They are always friendly (especially Paul) and they are always helpful when I have a question about a title or my account. Do your part and support your local business. This is a great store and it is run by a husband and wife who are in the store on occasion, and they always greet you with a smile. The store has been there for over 20 years and for good reason. The plaza it is located in has a liquor store and a well known bakery as well so getting a movie, a cupcake or cookie for your lady, and a beer is possible in just one trip.
