Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I woman I spoke with, or should I say tried to speak with was crude and the perfect example of why customer service representatives are not respected. She continued to try to over talk as I was speaking and was trying to be very condensending but she couldn't even do that correctly. Do not allow them into your home and please let anyone you know or hear of needing appliance service they are not a company with which you want to do business. They are not dependable or trustworthy and it's a shame in todays economy with so many good people out of work, this companys personnel are receiving a paycheck for being horrible at their jobs. Shame on you Capital City and I will continue to share this information with the BBB and postings on all social media venues.
