I needed a new radiator for my car, so I called Bill's. They said to bring it in and they would take a look. I took it over around 3pm and they had it done by 10am the next day. They called and said it was ready, and it was done when they said it would be. They quoted me a price when I brought my car in. That is the price I paid, not any hidden costs or extras added on. They have a small waiting room, but it is air conditioned and has snacks. I would definitely go back.

When my radiator failed, I began looking for a service shop in the Plano area. I made a decision based mainly on the reviews from this site and a couple others. My Review - Sometimes you really can find a good place, with good people, charging a reasonable amount to repair your vehicle. The service was completed, as scheduled, at a price much lower than the dealerships were wanting to charge. They (Gary and the team) were very easy to work with...think service with a smile (and maybe even a laugh, or two). End Result - This is the kind of place I would refer friends and family to use. I vote with my feet, and will definitely use Bill's Radiator & Muffler Service in the future, when needed.

I bought my Scion tC from this particular dealership, and so far have had to bring in my car for a window tint repair and oil change. Both times servicing was much faster than I expected and they had my car out in no time. I didn't give them 5 stars due to the wait time that I experience I drive in. I would have to wait quite awhile before a representative would come and talk to me about my car's service. Other than that, a pretty good experience so far.

I strongly disagree with these hateful people on here. I've always had WONDERFUL SERVICE going here. The owner, Lisle, actually comes out and says hi to the people in the lobby. If this guy came in ranting around all of the customers, I'd throw him out too. We're adults here!
We all know money is tight but good service and customer care is something that you pay for; "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"!! I've gone to countless other CHEAP PLACES, but found myself coming back to this kwik kar to fix the problems the others caused.
My whole family has come to this one for at least 4 years now and all have great service!! I come to this wonderful place and continue to have wonderful service with ALL of the workers there!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KWIK KAR TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!
Pros: Awesome service and friendly people!!

If you are looking for a Lexus Car, this dealership has great service. We just brought a Lexus from them last year. As any dealership goes, you will have to negotiate to get the best price. If you purchase the car from them, you will get free car washes for the life of the car. Also, if you get your service done here, they will give you a free rental car. As always, there are plenty of drinks and coffee bar for free while you wait to get your car repair or wash.

There was another study published on the benefits of EPA in the journal The Lancet in March 2007. This study involved over 18,000 patients with unhealthy cholesterol levels. The patients were randomly assigned to receive either 1,800 mg a day of EPA with a statin drug or a statin drug alone. The trial went on for a total of five years. It was found at the end of the study those patients in the EPA group had superior cardiovascular function. Non-fatal coronary events were also significantly reduced in the EPA group. The authors concluded that EPA is a promising treatment for prevention of major coronary events,especially non-fatal coronary events.

I shopped around for a long time before I decided to buy a new car. I sat for 6 hours numerous times in different car dealerships just for them to come back and try to play games. I found the internet sales guy on Craigslist and started talking to him. He found exactly what I needed within my price range and down payment. We did all of the paperwork through email and fax. I basically just went in and got my keys, then left. I spent 45 minutes tops in the dealership. The staff are all very great and also very honest.

I have gone to this dealership a few times, each adn every experience has been a delightful one. Approaching the dealership, I was always promptly welcomes and was offered help. Their showroom is very nice, with a variety of models to look at. The salesmen here seem to know the right mix of when to "butt in" and when to leave you alone and let you do your own research. This dealership has my vote.
