We arrived to be greeted by two very good looking doormen. We walked into see that the bar was packed with so many people that were all different ages. We were lucky to find a table and were greeted by such a nice cocktail server. She gave us some suggestions about her favorite martinis. She was so right. Their drinks are AMAZING! The band playing that night I believe were named Passing Strangers. They were very entertaining. I would suggest this place to anyone in the area or even just visiting.
Pros: EVERYTHING!
Cons: absolutely nothing!

Wow what a FANTASTIC Italian restaurant! I went to Nicola?s Italian Restaurant in Plano a few weeks ago and did not see what I ?felt? like eating for lunch on the menu. I explained to the waiter that I would love one of the salads on the menu with salmon instead of shrimp or chicken and he was very accommodating. When the salad came it was the LARGEST cut of salmon I have ever seen on top of a salad. The salmon was the absolute best salmon I have had in Texas as well ( I am from California so salmon swims in streams close by and is the freshest around) The salmon on my salad tasted like they caught it that day. The dressing ( house) on the salad was the perfect compliment and the ice tea superb! I can not say enough about the service, quality of food and atmosphere at this shops at legacy in Plano Italian Restaurant! Just divine. If you are looking for an excellent lunch in a beautiful setting in Plano, go to Nicola?s the pricing was reasonable as well.! Well done Culinaire! You are keeping up with your reputation as always! Signed a new fan.

I love sushi and the only reason I don't eat it more often is the expensive price. At first thought, buffet style sushi sounds a little odd and the potential for nasty sushi is definitely a reality. My initial opinion was way off. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, the service was prompt and friendly, and the buffet was very visually appealing. The cost of lunch was $12.99 for all-you-can-eat and anyone who knows sushi can tell you that is the ultimate bargain. The selection wasn't huge, but there were many more items than I was willing, or able, to eat. The sushi itself was fresh and tasted as it should, and the buffet included many other items rather than just sushi. There is a chef who will cook up anything you select from the bowls of fresh seafood and veggies, and you can order from the menu if the buffet doesn't appeal to you. I left very full and happy to have found a new lunch restaurant to add to my list.

The Bavarian Grill in Plano always has a very festive atmosphere. It frequently features live music - check out the Music and Events link on the website. As well, the decor is quite unique. A model train runs on a track up near the ceiling all around the perimeter of the dining areas. Colorful posters of Germany and beer (of course) adorn the walls. Making reservations for dinner is a good idea as the restaurant always seems to be packed in the evenings. Prices are a bit above average, but the food reflects that. Entrees are usually enough for at least two meals for me. I especially like the Deutsches Gulasch and the Rinder Rouladen. There are also soups, salads, and appetizers - try the bratwurst-stuffed mushrooms. The beer selection is impressive and so are the desserts - I believe I've tried everything on it. There are also children's and vegetarian menus.

I went for all the soccer games and continue to go on a regular basis. I have been for anniversaries, birthdays, and even engagement parties and always had a total blast! Every time I take a friend on a weekend (when they have authentic accordion players) they have the best time! However, you have to be willing to embrace the German atmosphere. I studied abroad in Germany and this place is just like it is there!!! Great food and beer; you can?t go wrong. I recommend the Wiener Art Sntizel. Everyone is so nice and owner is always there to greet you and make sure things are great! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Pros: Amazing food and ambience. True German style!
Cons: Sometimes it gets too crowded and slow service-resolve with more beer!

Jasper's is a very nice restaurant. The food is excellent and nicely presented. The bar is extremely popular. Although is always very busy and a little noisy by the bar, I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a restaurant for a special occasion. Price is high, but not unreasonable.

We order from this place once a week. The prices are reasonable and they deliver. The food is really really really really really good. - very fresh and they don't drench it in oil. Great alternative when you are tired and hungry and don't want to eat the usual fattening delivery. - like a home-cooked Thai meal - we've been to the restaurant and most customers where Taiwanese. If you eat in, keep in mind people go there for the food and not the ambiance, so don't expect much in that area. Dishes we like are the Thai Peanut, Red Curry with Chicken, Thai Steak, Pad-Kee-Mow, Corn Patties and Tempura Vegetable. People rave about the papaya salad, but it was a bit spicy for me (and I like spicy). Beyond that the people running the place are really nice and the delivery guy is a trip. Also - if you eat-in it's BYOB. By far my favorite Thai place.
