I've been going to the Computer Loft for years and was rescued more than once. The owner is great and really puts an emphasis on Customer Service. All employees have been there for a while, making me think it's a nice place to work for. On a couple of occasions I felt like the person I was talking to didn't acknowledge what I was saying and I had to make extra trips until the issue was addressed.
But I never felt like I was charged too much and in fact got a lot of "free" useful advice. The location is convenient, I always find parking in the street. They are closed on week-ends but stay open until 8pm during the week.
