On the Labor Day holiday weekend, our 5 yo AC stopped in 90+ deg. weather and it was an emergency, I cannot tolerate heat (MS). After suffering through a very warm night, and trying all of the trouble shooting steps we could think of, including changing the thermostat and turning off the units for an hour, we called Simmons. On a Sunday morning, Simmons came right out , was very nice and fixed our AC compressor before 10 in the morning and at a very reasonable price! I would trust this company to come out when I am home alone, or when only my daughter is home.
