I went to get my car fixed for a recall on the car. I went across the street to pass by time while I waited. When I came back possibly 2 hours later my car was sitting out front and looked like it had been there for a while. They had not called me to come pick my car up yet. So I waited in the waiting area for them to tell me my car was ready. I waited around 30 min for the guy to tell me that the car was ready. He then proceeded to tell me that three different fluids needed to be replaced and my air filter. Ended up going to my regular mechanic and told me that all of my fluids were still good and the filter was clean. He even showed the fluids with me standing right there. I will never go to this Nissan dealership for service. Would rather travel to the Southerlin dealership than deal with these guys.
