Spent $80 for my mother's birthday today (4/19/2011). I knew something was wrong when the owner, Judy, didn't provide a friendly greeting, When I decided what I was going to get, she acted like I was an inconvenience for ordering. Her attitude is completely uppity, so if that's your sort of thing, then you too can feel like an elitist here! If you want respect and to be treated like a customer who's appreciated for spending your money with them, then avoid Judy's Grants Pass Florists and Gifts. Problem Two. Paid for delivery of an Azalea tree and Balloon to be delivered to my mother. Tree arrived, but the balloon wasn't inflated and just stuffed at the base of the tree. Which florist do you know that doesn't inflate their balloons when they deliver them. My mother called and they acted frustrated that they have to come back out and provide an inflated balloon. The driver insisted on recovering the original deflated balloon before handing over the inflated one. My mother asked if she could keep it for her inconvenience. They said no, we gave you candy for that. BTW, My mother is diabetic, candy does her no good. What a great impression Judy's Florists and Gift made on my mother's 64th birthday... NOT! AVOID Judy's Florist! They aren't appreciative that they have the opportunity to serve the people of Grants Pass. more
