Good: Working with Duane Phillips was one of the most positive experiences I have had with a car salesman (and I've dealt with many!) Duane did not waste my time, was always straightforward and professional, and you always felt you were getting a fair deal. I know Duane has had many years of experience in the industry and I think it would be very effective to try to leverage Duane in a training/mentoring role so that others salespeople learn how to effectively work with the public.. Other: Duane truly makes the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. You would do well to interact with Duane when shopping for a car!.
