Years ago, any time I was in Simi my girlfriend and I would stop in and look at the great decor items at good prices...then it was apparent they changed owners...The decor items not so great anymore, and way overpriced(go to Home goods a few yards away!)...And the owner and employees are so rude and unfriendly...What, you can't even smile and say hello to your customers???!!! Today my daughter and I ran in to crab some of the candy/fudge(it's so good but so overpriced!!!)... There was one employee who was taking forever making coffee for someone...She never said "hello, I will be right with you"... We waited and waited and then another employee walked out, again never acknowledging us... poured some coffee in a bag and was off to the back again... After we continued to wait and wait and were never even acknowledged(the owner could give a rat's ass!)... we walked out... I won't be back...Why should I waste my hard earned money on owners that could give a crap and have overpriced themselves on everything in the store!!! I am just waiting for them to go under!
