Good: NOTHING was likable.. Bad: The lack of SERVICE. Its 3 weeks till im supposed to travel and I find out from the airline the the travel agency never even bought my ticket!!! and now the tix are more than 3x the price i initially got them at. They are also telling me they will cancel the temporary hold i have on the ticket tomorrow. This is unbelievable!. Other: If you like your sanity please do not go with these people..
