Good: Went to Rite Rug warehouse on Fortune Drive and absolutely loved the experience! The store manager was great! He was not only helpful in knoweledge of flooring but gave me an awesome price. (MUCH lower than Lowes) The product came in and was installed in a very pleasing time frame. Would reccomend this store to anyone who needs flooring!. Bad: Did not care for their other store on Helmsdale Place behind cheddars. Found better customer service from the warehouse store..
