I've been going to Dr. Angelopoulos for years. She's always been professional, courteous, accommodating, and isn't satisfied unless the work is done right. In this day and age of doctors zipping through patients like they're at a check out line, it's refreshing to find one that takes their time and explains everything.
As to the woman that blamed the doctor because she didn't bother to read her contract, how about taking some personal responsibility instead of blaming others for your mistakes. Don't let the fact that there's a sign clearly placed on the wall that indicates appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time interfere with your criticism.
