My friend went to pick up her dress and was immediately confronted with the rudest "intake" employee that I have ever seen! We had to BEG to be noticed, and when recognized it was "What do you want?" My girlfriend (the bride) said, "I just got an email that my dress is in and I am here to pick it up. I would also like to see it and try it on since the one that I tried on was ivory, and I ordered white." The CS replied, "Just a minute!" She then proceeds to stomp off to the back and brings the dress in a garment bag, and a release form to sign. She throws the form on the table states that she has to sign this to release the dress & show it picked up. First ?. Friend says, "Do I really want to sign this now, since I would like to look at the dress and try it on before I accept it." CS, "FINE! come this way", adds, "Hope you can help her trying the dress on because we don't have anyone to help you." Me, "Sure, I have to learn anyways, since I will be helping her on her wedding day!" IT GOT WORSE FROM THERE! No do you need any undergarments, or have a nice day, or OH! Your dress is in and I bet you are really excited to see it, why don't we just go to the dressing room so you can look at it and maybe try it on. SO, being the faithful matron of honor that I am, I say to my friend, stay there I will get you undergarments. Then the search was on! There was not one person available to help. I went around the dressing room twice, out front twice and there were no employees to be found. Then back to the dressing room and finally found a CS person who was with another bridal party, and felt really bad about interrupting her, but hey, my bride needs to try her dress on so I apologize and ask for an undergarment. She was actually very gracious and helpful. Garments finally in hand, I return and find my her almost in tears. I asked her what was wrong and she points to the dress. She unzipped about 6 inches and said, "There's a snag! I am not trying that dress on until a rep see this because I am not going to
