It a great place to go if you have all day. I went there for my auto repairs and oil changes when I worked 3rd shift and when the managers there they work in a timely manner. I went for a oil change in the afternoon, was told it would be 45 mins. to an hour and the mechanic that was doing the quick lube decided to take someone elses work order before mine after I was waiting there for 35 mins. If you plan on going, go in the morning or have all day to spend and go shopping at woodfield mall.
