I want to take this opportunity to make you aware of the great help two of the service department peoiple afforded my wife and myself recently.
On a trip from Florida to New Hampshire for a funeral service, our car broke down on the NJ Turnpike and was towed to North Bergen. In looking at the Yellow Pages, Maroon KIA wa the only one listed and I called and spoke to Wayne Diaz who helped me get in touch with the KIA Roadside Service.
The car was towed to Maroon KIA as it was still under warranty, where Brian Daniell determined that a new starter was needed. Not finding one in the immediate area, he ordered one Expressed in and it arrived the next day.
Repair work began immediately and we were back on the road by noon.
The collective work of Wayne, Brian, and the service department allowed us to be in time for the services in New Hampshire and we are very grateful for all their help.
