i have never had a worse customer-experience in my life than at bridaltown. like any other bride-to-be i was excited to go in and look for wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. we finally order bridesmaids dresses, and TWO MONTHS after they are supposedly ordered and paid for, i get a call saying that the dresses can't be made in the colors i wanted. so i would need to choose new colors. NO REFUND is going to be granted, no store credit, nothing.
after DAYS of me calling relentlessly, (because NO manager in there will return a single phone call) and their appalling staff giving me the run around, I finally got a hold of Mr. Titze myself who talked to me for 30 seconds, put me on hold LITERALLY for 5 minutes, then transferred me back to the woman I had been arguing with all week. saying that their staff is disrespectful and rude would be an understatement. i don't even understand how they still have a business. it was APPALLING. do not buy from there. it is nothing but stress and a hastle. if you want to be stress-free planning your wedding, your prom, etc, go anywhere but bridaltown. it was truly a terrible experience.
