After having my My Audi-A-6 towed there for what I thought was a starter issue (engine didn't start, but battery was fine), they looked at it on the second day they said it had started working again without them having done anything to fix it. I got there expecting to pay the agreed-upon diagnostic fee, but they didn't charge me anything. The car has worked great since. I recommend them for the fairness and honesty-- these are people that you can trust.
